Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once your order is confirmed, the vendor will process and dispatch the product within 24 hours.

  • Dispatch time means the order is handed over to the delivery partner, not the final delivery to your address.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery time depends on your location, delivery partner, and logistics availability.

  • Estimated delivery dates will be shown during checkout and on the My Orders page.

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time for delivery.

3. Split Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items or items from different vendors, they may be shipped separately.

  • This means you may receive your items on different dates.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Customer location and pin code serviceability

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Transport or courier partner delays

  • High-demand periods or festive seasons

Kongumart is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control, but we will keep you informed wherever possible.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at least once or multiple times depending on the courier policy.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • Kongumart will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or your Kongumart account.

  • You can track your shipment anytime through the My Orders section.
