Refund policy

1. What items can I return?

You can return items that are marked as “Returnable” on the product details page and are within the mentioned return window.

  • Returnable products clearly show details like:

    • 7 Days Returnable

    • 10 Days Return & Exchange

  • The return period depends on the product category.

You can request a return if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective or not working

  • The item has missing parts or accessories

  • The item is different from what was shown or described

  • You changed your mind (only if the product allows returns for this reason)

2. Missing or incorrect delivery issues

You can request a refund if:

  • The package was tampered with

  • You received an empty package

  • A part of your order (such as an accessory) is missing

To process such refunds, we may ask for basic identity verification.
Please do not share Aadhaar or sensitive personal information.
Your data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

3. Non-returnable items

Some products cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:

  • Consumable items (food items, candles, pet food, grooming products)

  • Cleaning products and chemicals

  • Fertilizers and similar perishable items

Non-returnable items are clearly marked on the product page. Please review this before placing your order.

4. How do I return a product?

To return an eligible item:

  1. Log in to your Kongumart account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the product you want to return

  4. Choose a return reason

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

Pickup or drop-off details will be shared after your return request is approved.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and verified.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or Kongumart wallet.

  • Refund timelines depend on your payment method and may take a few working days.

6. Important things to know

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages, delivered on different dates.

  • Free or complimentary items (like bookmarks) may not be included with every product and are not eligible for refunds.
